THIS INDENTURE,made the 31st day of October , nineteen hundred and seventy-five.
BETWEEN DANIEL BRINDISI, residing at 382 Westchester Avenue,
Mount Vernon, New York,

party of the first part, and
ROBERT SLEDZIESKI and PATRICIA SLEDZIESKI, his wife,
both residing at Grathwohl Road, .New Suffolk,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ILNMK at New Suffolk, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of New Suffolk
Avenue with the westerly line of Bunny Lane; and running along
said northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue, North 78 degrees 34
minutes west 95.00 feet; thence along land heretofore conveyed
by Olympia Kouros to Joseph Cosentino and parallel with westerly
line of Bunny Lane north 6 degrees 49 minutes east 170.00 feet;
thence along other land now or formerly of Olympia Kouros and
parallel with said northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue, south
78 degrees 34 minutes east 95.00 feet to said westerly line of
Bunny Lane; thence along said westerly line of Bunny Lane, south
6 degrees 49 minutes west 170.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part herein by deed dated September 26, 1953 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on September 28,
1953 in Liber 3586 cp. 465.
SIMULTANEOUSLY with the delivery of this deed the party of the second
part hereto, executed, acknowledged and delivered to Daniel Brindisi,
a mortgage of THIRTY TWO THOUSAND FINE HUNDRED ($32, 500.00) DOLLARS,
covering the premises hereinbefore described, which said mortgage was
given to secure payment of the consideration or purchase price ex-

with a Tight, tit a and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
}TOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first pant covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
