longing which were granted to Robins Island Club by letters
patent from the People of the State of New York, dated 2/17/1887
and recorded in the Office of the Secretary of State in Book of
Patents No . 44 Page 6S3 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk-
of
lerkof the County of Suffolk on 6/6/17 in Liber 9S2 cp 145 and all
rights of the grantor, if any, pertaining or appurtanant to said
Island.
AS TO ALL PARCELS HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED:
SUBJECT TO any state of facts an accurate survey may show .
SUBJECT TO any covenants , easements , restrictions , letters patent
land any other agreements of record, if any .
SUBJECT TO any and all rights of Congress , the United States
Government and the authorities of the United States and of the
Legislature and authorities of the State of New York to regulate
the use of lands between the high and low water marks and the use
of lands under water and to enter upon and take possession without
compensation lands now or formerly lying below the high water
mark of Cutchogue Harbor or the Basin .
