by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs,or succes-
sors and assigns for the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
beingimdker at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the intersection of the easterly line of Fred Street, with
the northerly line of a proposed 50 foot highway to be known as Fisher Road, from said
point of beginning running along said easterly line of Fred Street N. 8°38'30" E. 125. 0
feet to a monument; thence along land now or formerly of George F. Grathwohl and
Elsie M. Grathwohl, two courses: (1) S. 81 '21 '30" E. 145. 0 feet to a monument; thence
(2) S. 8-38'30" W. 125. 0 feet to a monument on said northerly line of said proposed 50
foot highway; thence along said northerly line N. 81 °21130" W. 145. 0 feet to the point
of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said proposed 50 foothighway, from the south-
easterly corner of the premises westerly about 145 feet to Fisher Road.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions set forth in the deed dated August 4, 1965
from George F. Grathwohl and Elsie M. Grathwohl to John Pietrodangelo and Filomena
Pietrodangelo recorded in the Clerk's Office of Suffolk County in Liber 5799 of Deeds,
at Page 340 on the 13th day of August, 1965.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by George F. Grathwohl
and Elsie M. Grathwohl, his wife, to John Pietrodangelo and Filomena Pietrodangelo,
by deed dated August 4, 1965 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Suffolk County in
Liber 5799 of Deeds at Page 340 on August 13, 1965.
The party of the second part has simultaneously herewith executed and delivered
a second mortgage in the sum of $10, 000. 00, intended to be recorded simultaneously
herewith. Said mortgage being given to secure a portion of the purchase money
or consideration for which the said conveyance was made.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage now held by Southold Savings Bank.
