WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
f paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at the southwest corner of the premises described herein at a monument

of New Suffolk Road; from said point of beginning running along the easterly side

along said land South 720 00' 30" East 1460-feet more or less to the ordinary high
water mark of Cutchogue Harbor; Running thence southwesterly along the ordinary
high water mark 330 ,'feet, more or less, to land of Virginia L. Wickham; Running them
along said land the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) North 73° 09' 40"
West, 386 feet more or less; (2) South 260 04' 50" West, 120.71 feet to land of
William Wickham; Running thence along said land South 34° 57' West 160.64 feet to
land of Given; Running thence along said land and land of Benbow, North 85° 20' 10"
I West 655.90 feet to the easterly side of Old Harbor Road; running thence along the

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
