From said point of beginning running along the southerly side
of Wicks Road the following two (2) courses and distances along
the westerly side of New Suffolk Road: 1) South 30 58' 50" West,
31.66 feet; thence 2) South 13° 30' 40" West, 69.22 feet to land
now or formerly of Zubina Wolbert; running thence along said land
North 73° 21' 00" West, 136.30 feet to land now or formerly of
Robin; running thence along said land North 160 39' 00" East,
100.00 feet to the southerly side of Wicks Road; running thence
along the southerly side of Wicks Road South 730 21' 00" East,
125.57 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
Grantors herein by deed dated April 24, 1982 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 9175 page 417.
