lying and being in the TOWN OF SOUPHOLD, at New Suffolk, Suffolk County, State of New
York bounded and described as follows: BECINNING at a point formed by the inter-
sectirn of the northerly side of King Street with the easterly side of Fourth Street;
thence northerly along said easterly side of Fourth Street 110 feet to a point and
lands of Shillhley-Freyherr; thence easterly along said lands of Shilbley-Freyherr
100 feet to an angle; thence northerly at right angles or nearly so to the last
mentioned line, 36 feet to an angle; thence easterly and parallel with the said
northerly line of King Street, 50 feet to an angle; thence southerly along lands
of Yetter and parallel with the said easterly line of Fourth Street, 146 feet to
the said northerly line of King Street, and thence westerly along the said northerly
line of King Street 150 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INPENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Steven Majeski,
Francis Majeski and Gertrude Bowden by deed dated April 25th, 1979, and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 2, 1979, in Liber 8619 at Page 110.
