RUNNING thence partly along said lard now or formerly of James
Pugsley and land now or formerly of Charles Pugsley Estate, South 5

RUNNING thence partly along said land now or formerly of Charles
Pugsley Estate and partly along land now or formerly of N. Robbins,
South 87 degrees 21 minutes West 104. 40 feet to the Easterly side of
Third Street;
RUNNING thence alcng the easterly side of Third Street, North 5
degrees 00 minutes East 233.28 feet to the point or place of Beginning.
