THIS INDENTURE, made the day of December,
nineteen hundred and sixty-two between
NEW SUFFOLK SHIPYARD, INC., a New York corpora-
tion having its principal office and place of business at
5� New Suffolk Avenue (no number), New Suffolk, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part, and
MICHAEL WIECZOREK, residing at Morningside Avenue
(no number), South Jamesport, Town of Southold, Suffolk
�\ County, New York, party of the second part,
__. WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.) and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL those three certain plots, pieces or parcels
of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon created,
situate, lying and being at New Suffolk in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, which are more particu-
larly bounded and described in Schedule A attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER with all water rights and rights of way,
and rights to land under water, owned or enjoyed by the party
of the first part, separately or in.common with others, under
and by virtue of the deeds conveying said parcels to the nartu

of the first part described in Schedule A and of the agree-
ment between Harry H. Tuthill and Julia M. Tuthill, his wife,
and William Mason, dated July 26, 1933 and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on March 10, 1939 in
liber 2030, page 540, which was assigned by the said William
Mason to the party of the first part by instrument dated
March 26, 1954 and recorded in said Clerk's office on March
29, 1954 in liber 3670, page 455.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,
of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate
and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT to a mortgage now on record in the sum of
$25,000. (now reduced to $20,000.) and interest recorded in
the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in. liber 3514 of
mortgages, page 292.
There has been executed and delivered simultaneously
herewith, and intended to be recorded, a purchase money second
mortgage in the sum of $30,000., which mortgage is dated the
same day as this deed and was made and executed by the party
of the second part to the party of the first part.
