ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon ereded,situate,

t BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a 33 foot Private Road
over land of the party of the first part; said point of beginning
being, S. 430 1411 30" W. 225.97 feet and thence S. 290 521 40" E.
22.75 feet along said Private Road from Old Harbor Road; from said
point of beginning running along land of the party of the first part,
N. 830 361.5011 E. 121.82 feet to land conveyed or about to be conveyed
to Lundine; thence along said land, S. 460 181 30" E. 15 feet, more
or less, to the edge of a dredged canals thence westerly and then
southerly along said canal 75 feet, more or less, to land conveyed or
about to be conveyed by the party of the first part to Lockwood;
thence along said land, N. 870 551 0011 W. 90 feet, more or less to a
monument on said easterly line of said 33 foot Private Road; thence
along said easterly line, N. 290 521 40" W. 50.0 feet to the point of

TOGETHER with a right of way 33 feet in width from said Old Harbor
Road southwesterly and then southerly to the southwesterly corner of
the premises for access in common with others between said premises
and Old Harbor Road together with an easement for driving and maintain-

The party of the second part, for himself, his heirs, executors,
administrators, grantees and successors shall have a right of way and
free access to all of the canals in the Harry H. Tuthill property known
also as School House Creek AsAo ciation and agrees to pay a pro rata
ii share with all other owners, grantees, and lessees of the School House
