TYRREL, residing at Sky View Haven, Crotocs-on- 'r g Hudson, New York, party of the second part, m WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration zo of One ($1.00) Dollar lawful money of the United States and other valu- able consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant y of the second part, her h ts for- and release unto the partSuffolk ever, all that parcel of land situate at New Suffolk, Southold To n County, New York, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a post set at the southwest corner of the premises conveyed to Eugene G. Horton and Iona Y. Horton, his wife, by Corinne B. Case by deed dated July 3, 1947, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk'soffice in Liber 2725 of Deeds, page 1951 said post being set at the point of intersection of the northerly line of Jackson Street and the easterly line of lands of Tyrrel and running thence north- erly along said lands of Tyrrel 121.65 feet to a post; thence running easterly along said lands of Tyrrel 41.22 feet to a point; thence running southerly along other lands of the said Eugene G. Horton and Iona Y. Horton, his wife, 127 feet more or less to a monument set on the northerly line of Jackson Street; thence running westerly along the northerly line of Jackson Street 51.15 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to land lying within the bounds of Jackson Street adjacent to Said premises to the center line thereof. All as shown on survey of said premises and other lands made by Otto W. VanTuyl dated July 18, 1947.
