Grathwohl; THENCE along said land now or formerly of Grathwuhl South 81 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds east 95 feet to a monument and lands of said Albin Januirk; THENCE in a general southerly direction along the lends of Albin Januick, South 1 degree 53 minutes W seconds %est 187.32 feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to Reason Road lying adjacent to the sato premises and to the center line thereof. SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions: 1. No building other than a one private deelling for the use and occupancy of one family and one private garage shall be erected on said premises. Any dx'elling erected thendon shall cost rot less than 47,000., and any detached garage erected thereon shall cost not less than X500.
