WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the

Avenue 30 feet to monument and land of H. E. Mason; thence South
87 degrees 55 minutes East along land of H. E. Mason 85 feet to a
monumentand land of H. H. Tuthill; thence along land of H. H.
Tuthill the following three courses and distances:
•1) South 7 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West 40 feet to a
monument.;
2);: sorth.87 degrees 55 minutes West 40 feet to a monument.
3). +North 75 degrees 11 minutes West 45.24 feet to a monument
