The Vendor guarantees the above described equipment against defective workmanship and material for a

The Vendor acknowledges receipt from the Town Superintendent of a true copy of this instrument which
comprises the entire contract between the parties and supersedes any and all other agreements respecting the
property herein described.
The Vendor hereby certifies that there are no Federal or State taxes included in the above purchase price
and that he is the only intermediary between the manufacturer and the purchases.
