THIS INDENTURE, made the da}• of February , nineteen hundred and seventy-two,
BETWEEN SOPHIE KRUKOSKI, residing at New Suffolk Lane (no street
number) , New Suffolk, New York,
party of the first part, and FRANK RUCKEL and MARGARET RUCKEL, his wife, both
residing at 993 Rock Drive, Valley Cottage, New York,

?� WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
cpaid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingi xft at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
( and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Fanning Road distant
277. 00 feet westerly as measured along the southerly side of

Lane; RUNNING THENCE South 5 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds West along

BEING AND INTENDED to be a part of the same premises conveyed to t)
the party of the first part by deed from Charles Krukoski dated
March 4, 1933, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on March 4, 1933, in
Liber 1702, page 383.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center tines thereof; TOGETHER with the Irtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HA AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
