THIS INDENTURE,made the day of June ,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven
BETWEEN ADOLPH J. RYSKO, residing at New Suffolk, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York,
party of the first part,and
PHILIP J. RYSKO and KAREN J. RYSKO, his wife, residing
at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
.second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being kx*9 New Suffolk, in the TUwn of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Oak Road which

intersection of the Southerly side of Oak Road with the Westerly
side of New Suffolk Line and running thence Southerly along other
land of the party of the first part a distance of 150 feet, and

of 150 feet to the Southerly side of Oak Roadta distance or Y100
feet to the point or place of Beginning.

GEORGE F. GRATHWOHL to ADOLPH J. RYSKO by deed dated November 1st,
1943, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, on the 13th day of December, 1943 in Liber 2307, Page 110.
