lying and being ix at New Suffolk, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at the intersection
of the northerly line of Wicks Road and the westerly line of New
Suffolk Lane at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein
conveyed; running thence in a northerly direction along the westerly
line of New Suffolk Lane 180 feet to land of Clifford Chapel;
running thence in a westerly direction along said land of Chapel
133 . 91 feet to land formerly of Forrest H. Gordon; running thence
in a southerly direction along said land formerly of Forrest H.
Gordon 151. 33 feet to the northerly line of Wicks Road; running thence
in an easterly direction along the northerly line of Wicks Road
185 feet to the point or place of. beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated the 9th day of December, 1961 from
the party of the second part and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on December 12, 1961 in Liber 5095 of deeds, Page 417.
