BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Orchard Street with the easterly side of Second
Street; and running along said southerly side of Orchard Street
South 830 49' 10" East 101.62 feet to an iron bar and land of
Benick; thence along said land of Benick, South 60 55' 50" West
60.0 feet to an iron pipe and land of Bowden; thence along said
land of Bowden, North 830 49' 10" West 101.62 feet to an iron
_pipe on said easterly side of Second Street; thence along said
easterly side of Second Street, North 60 55' 50" East 60.0 feet
to the corner aforesaid at the point of beginning.
BEING the premises conveyed by FRANK S. DAWSON to CHARLES E. ONODY
by Bargain and Sale Deed dated the 16th day of July,1960, recorded
July 20,1960 in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4845 of
Conveyances, page 89, as to which said CHARLES E. ONODY, as deter-
mined by decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated the
27th day of March , 1962 in a proceeding entitled " In the Matter
of the Petition of JOHN H. KRISTA to obtain a.determination as to
the validity, construction or effect of a disposition of property
contained in the Last Will and Testament of CHARLES EUGENE ONODY,
Deceased, File No.4580/1961", died intestate, an undivided one-third
descending to his widow, said CLARA ONODY, and an undivided two-
thirds descending to his two daughters, VIRGINIA G. CAPALDO, now
residing at 747 Green Street, Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, South
Carolina, and JUNE A. LEVESQUE, now residing at 16 Larrimore Road,
Yonkers, New York.
