Street; Southerly by land now or formerly of William Cook and
Westerly by land formerly of Ruth H. Tuthill. The northerly and
southerly sides being approximately 100 Peet in length and the
easterly and westerly sides being approximately 72 feet in width.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Annie W.
Beebe, Nancy Robinson, Imogene Tyler, Theodore Beebe, Sherwood Beebe,
Gerald Beebe and Lavinia Banks to Arthur J. Neumann and Sadie K.
Neumann, his wife, by deed dated September 24, 1935, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office, in liber 1839 of deeds at page
165, on November 23, 1935.
