Tuthill and adjoining land of said party of the first part; running along the boundary between said land of Earring- ton H. Tuthill and said land of the party of the first part, two courses as follows: (1) S. 430 41' 30" W. 239.83 feet to a concrete monument; thence (2) N. 870 55' W. 12.23 feet to the north- easterly corner of the premises. From the above described point of beginning running along other land of Harrington H. Tuthill two courses as follows: (1) S. 29° 52' 40" E. 136.37 feet; thence (2) N. 87° 55' W. 110 feet to a canal; thence along said canal N. 29° 52' 40" W. 136.37 feet to said land of the party of the first part; thence along said land of the party of the first part, S. 87° 55' E. 110 feet to the point of beginning. uen5546 FgF30Q TOGETHER with the right of way 33 feet in width from said Old Harbor Road southwesterly and then southerly to the southeasterly corner of the premises, the two courses above described as locating :. the point of beginning of the premises, together with the easterly line of the premises being the northwesterly and then the westerly line of the said right of way, said right of way being for access between said premises and Old Harbor Road provided, however, the said right of way shall not be used for parking vehicles, and shall not be obstructed in any way by the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as set for th in deed from Harrington H. Tuthill to the party of the first part dated June 7, 1954 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 22, 1962 in Liber 5114 of deeds, Page 241 and TOGETHER with all rights and privileges and SUBJECT to all restrictions as set forth therein.
