PARCEL I
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the intersection of the
easterly side of Grathwohl Road and the southerly side of Oak Road;
running thence along said southerly aide of said Oak Road south 73 de-
grees 211 east 207.01 feet to a concrete monument; thence along land
now or formerly of George F. Grathwohl southerly at a right angle
'yl to the last described course 150 feet to a concrete monument; thence
along other land now or formerly of said George F. Grathwohl and paral-
lel to said Oak Road north 73 degrees 211 west 150.81 feet to a concrete
monument on the easterly side of said Grathwohl Road; thence along said
�- easterly side of said Grathwohl Road north 8 degrees 011 50" west
135.91 feet to a concrete monument; thence still along said road line
s north 17 degrees 401 20" east 26.51 feet to the point or place of
htl. beginning.
PARCEL II
ALSO a plot of land on the westerly side of said Grathwohl Road
directly opposite the above-described parcel, the southerly line of this
parcel beginning at a point at a right angle across said Grathwohl Road
from the southwesterly corner of parcel above-described and running in
a direction at a right angle to said road line westerly to the Creek;
the northerly line being parallel to said southerly line and running
from said westerly line of Grathwohl Road to the Creek at a point so
located that said northerly line projected easterly across said Grath-
wohl Road strikes the northwesterly corner of parcel above-described.
Said last mentioned parcel of land being bounded as follows: north-
erly by land now or formerly of George F. Grathwohl and wife (now
Oak Road); easterly by Grathwohl Road; southerly by other land now or
formerly of George F. Grathwohl and wife; and westerly by the Creek.

TOGETHER with all' the right, titleand interest of the party of
the first part in and to a right of way upon the road known as Oak
Road leading from Grathwohl Road to New Suffolk Lane and which bounds
PARCEL I on the north, which right of way was granted to John C. Von Elm
by deed from George F. Grathwohl and Elsie M. Grathwohl, his wife, dated
July 25, 1931, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County.
of Suffolk on July 25, 1931, in Liber 1592 of Deeds, at page 371.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as those conveyed to the
party of the first part and Florence D. Dobbs, his wife, who died on.
July 25, 1954, by Forrest H. Gordon by deed, dated August 29, 1945
and recorded in said Clerk's Office. on August 30, 1945, in Liber 2478
of Deeds, at page 19.
