BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Jackson Street
which said point is where the division line between the lands
now or formerly of Craig and the premises herein described
intersects the said southerly side of Jackson Street; and
which said point is distant 431.57 feet westerly from the
comer formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Jackson Street with the westerly side of Fifth Street; run-
ning thence South 60 08! 20" West along land now or formerly
of Craig 433 feet to the shores of Great Peconic Bay; thence
westerly along the shores of Great Peconic Bay to land now
or formerly of Gehring; thence North 50 42' 30" East along said la
last mentioned land, 480 feet to the southerly side of Jackson
Street; thence South 740 13' 00" East along the southerly side
of Jackson Street, 184.49 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to land below high water mark and
under the waters of Great Peconic Bay adjacent to said premises,
being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by Rose K. Silkman by deed dated April 9, 1964 and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the County of SuffolkinLiber 5528
