of beginning being the southeasterly corner of other land of the
party of the first part (Parcel II) herein; from said point of
beginning running along said westerly line of New Suffolk Lane,
South 9° 03' 20" East 100.0 feet; thence along land of George F.
and Elsie M. Grathwohl, two (2) courses as follows: (1) South
80° 56' 40" West 107.54 feet; thence (2) North 72° 19' 50" West
102.53 feet to said southeasterly line of Grathwohl Road; thence
along said southeasterly line of Grathwohl Road, North 17° 40' 10"
East 100.0 feet to a monument at the southwesterly corner of said
other land.of the party of the first part (Parcel II herein);
thence along said land, two (2) courses as follows: (1) South

(2) courses as follows: (1) South 80° 56' 40" West 83.78 feet;
thence (2) North 72" 19' 50" West 78.78 feet to said southeasterly
line of Grathwohl Road; thence along said southeasterly line of
Grathwohl Road, North 170 40' 10" East 342.79 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
