by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being babox at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of a 33 foot
right of way over land of the party of the first part at the north-
westerly corner of land of Mason; said point of beginning being,

along said right of way from Old Harbor Road; from said point of

beginning running along said easterly line of said 33 foot right of
way, N. 290 52, 4011 W. 50.0 feet; thence along land of the party of
the first part and through the waters of a dredged canal, S. 870 551
E. 110.0 feet; thence through the waters of said canal, Be 290 52t
40" E. 50.0 feet to said land of Mason; thence along said land of
Mason, being partly through said canal, N, 870 55t.W. 110.0 foot to
the point of BEGINNING.'
TOGETHER with a right of way 33 feet in width from said Old
Harbor Road southwesterly and then southerly to the southwesterly
corner of the premises for access in common with others between said
premises and Old Harbor Road together with an easement for driving
and maintaining a well, installing and maintaining pumping equipment
in the pump house on other premises of the party of the first part
approximately 150 feet southwesterly of Old Harbor Road and for

` the 33 foot right of way running southwest from Old Harbor Road along
said right of way southerly, then southeasterly to the premises, said 1�

The party of the second part, for herself, her heirs, executors,

administrators, grantees and successors shall have a right of way and
free access to all of the canals in the Harry H. Tuthill property
known also as School House Creek Association and agrees to pay a pro
rata share with all other owners, grantees, and lessees of.the School
House Creek property of the coats of maintaining at all tinea four
feet of water at low tide in the canals. Said pro rata share to be
lbased on the canal Frontage of the party of the second past, and at
the fair market price per cubic yard for such work.
The grantor herein being the same person named as Harrington
H. Tuthill in deed from Goldsmith B. Tuthill and Marguerite G. Tuthill,
his wife, dated June 22, 1926 and recorded June 2, 1930 in Liber 1504
of deeds at page 350.
