Clarence Cornellls southerly line, and; running thence South460 181
30" East along the westerly side of Old Harbor Road 50.0 feet be land
now or formerly of Harold and Jane Lundine; and thence along said

southwesterly fans of a bulkhead; thence North 460 181 300 West 50.0

The grantor herein being the same person named as Harrington H.
- Tuthill in deed from Goldsmith B. Tuthill and Marguerite G. Tuthill,
his wife, dated June 22, 1926 and recorded June 2, 1930 in Liber 1501E
of deeds at page 350.
