TOGETHER with a right of way y' feet 1n width from a point 30 feet westerly from the southeasterly corner of the premises, easterly about 170 feet to New Suffolk Road; tae northerly line of said right of way being the southerly houndery of the premises hereinaeov8 described and the southerly line of said land of Mlynerezyk.
