ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Now
Suffolk, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and
more perticularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument on the boundary line between land of the party of the
second part and land of Mlynarezyk, being 140.18 feet westerly along said boundary
line from New Suffolk Road and being the southwesterly corner of said land of
Mlynarezyk and the southeasterly corner of the premises hereinafter described;
from said point of beginning running along said land of IO.ynarezyk, N. 30 461 N.-
80.29 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of 'Tuthill; thence along said
land of Tuthill, N. 830 251 71 - 144.0 feet to an Iron pipe; thence along said
land of the party of the second part, 2 courses, as follows:
(1) S. 30 461 M.- 80.29 feet to an iron pipe; thence
(2) S. 830 261 R.-144.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way y' feet 1n width from a point 30 feet westerly
from the southeasterly corner of the premises, easterly about 170 feet to New
Suffolk Road; tae northerly line of said right of way being the southerly houndery
of the premises hereinaeov8 described and the southerly line of said land of
Mlynerezyk.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Sophie Krukowski
to Richard P. Mallory and Marjorie M. Mallory, his wife, by deed dated June 19th,
1956, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 25, 1956, 1n
Liber 4133 of deeds at page 168/
