HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 4553 P 472 A �tlYY4diIIRY 4O� 477 y THIS INDENTURE, made the ► S'— day of �l _>E"CEH6ER ,nineteen hundred and fifty-eight between ELIZABETH JOHNSON, widow, residing at Third Street (no street - number), New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, part y of the first part: and WILLIAM JANUICK and STACIA JANUICK, his wife, both residing at First Street (no street number) New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, parties of the second part: WITHESSETH, that the part y of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the parties of the shcond part,does hereby grant and release unto the partiesof the second Part, their heirs, legal representatives and assigns forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the easterly side of Third Street with the northerly boundary line of the premises of Raymond H. King and wife, and running thence northerly along the easterly side of Third Street a distance of fifty (50) feet to land formerly of Jesse L. Horton, now of Burkardt; thence running easterly along land of Burkardt a distance of ninety (90) feet, more or less; thence running southerly along the several lands formerly of Annie Quaile and Adam Dykzeaki a distance of fifty (50) Peet to the (dd f Raymond H. King and wife; and n thence westerly a distance of ninetyfeet, more or less, to the easterly aide of Third Street, at the point or place of beginning. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Jesse L. Horton and Mary L. T of the first part herein and said Robert Johnson died a resident of New Suffolk, Suffolk County, New York, on August 26, 1958, survived by said Elizabeth Johnson. RESERVING, however, to the Darty of the first part the personal right to the use and occupancy of the main dwelling house on the above-described premises (which is presently occupied by her), rent free,-for and during the term of her natural'life. Said reservation of right of occupancy is personal to the party of the first part, shall not be assignable, and shall cease and terminate upon her death or upon her vacating the premises for more than one hundred and eighty (180) oonseoutive 'days in any one year during her lifetime. -Upon the death of the party of the first part, or upon her so vacating the premises, the partial of-the second part shall have the right of immediate possession and occupanoy:.
