BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of Fred Street,
150.11 feet southerly along said easterly line from Gcorgels Road,
said point of begi[ilag being the southwesterly corner of lam
con-veyed by the party of the first part to Asher, from said point of
beginning running along said land of Asher, South 720 501 30" East
101.91 feet 'Co an iron pipe; thence along land of the party of the
first part, South 170 091 30" West 149.29 feet to the northerly line
of a proposed 50 foot highway; thence along said northerly line,
North 720 501 30" West 119.37 feet to said easterly line of Fred Street;
thence along said easterly line, North 230 27t 00" East 150..19 feet to
the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said proposed 50 foot highway from
the southeasterly corner of the premises westerly about 119 feet to
Fred Street. The party of the first part, however, reserves the right
to dedicate said proposed 50 foot . highway to the Town of Southold for
highway purposes.
