IWicks Road; running thence North 73 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds
West, along the northerly side of Wicks Road, 185 feet; thence

formerly of V. Bowden, 151.33 feet; thence South 79 degrees
4141 minutes 50 seconds East, along land now or formerly of

Road and thence along the westerly side of New Suffolk Road,
(1) South 9 degrees 3 minutes 20 seconds East, 107.06 feet
and (2) South 3 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East, 72.94 feet,
to, the corner and point or place of BEGINNING,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
grantor herein by deed dated the 25th day of August, 1969 by
Henry Krista, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on August 26, 1969 in Liber 6611 at page 217.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
ises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
" any other purpose.
The.word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
