WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration s

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon-erected, situate. K t

FGINNING at a monument set at the intersection of the easterly line

corner of the premises herein described; from said point of beginning -

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as those conveyed to the
party of the first part by Olympia Kouros by deed, dated May 12, 1955,
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 3892 of Deeds, at page 71, on May 24, 1955.
SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions contained in the aforementioned
deed.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party, of the first part in and to any streets and
