dent of Suffolk County, New York, in 1942 and of Jennie Greeks, also
known as Jennie Grocki, his wife, who died a resident of Suffolk County,
New York, on November 21, 1963 and whose will was admitted to probate
in Suffolk County - File No. 107 P 1964.
SAID premises are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and

Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and des-
