HEMPEL, 1. ^- residing at Brookville Lane, Old Brookville, New York, party of the first part,and ANDREW GOODALE and RUTH GOODALE, his wife, w residing at 80-10 247th Street, Bellerose,:. New York, G 0 0 o r party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the Village of New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of 4th Street, distant 300 feet south of the intersection of the westerly side of 4th Street with the southerly side of Jackson Street; running thence westerly along the southerly boundary of land formerly owned by H. B, Halsey, 126,92 feet to a point located 75 feet from the easterly side of 5th Street, as measured along the said southerly boundary of the land formerly owned by H. B. Halsey; running thence southerly parallel with 5th Street, 169 feet more or less to Peconic Bay; running thence easterly along Peconic Bay to the westerly side of 4th Street; running thence northerly along the westerly side of 4th Street, 148 feet more or less to the point or place of BEGINNING. Said premises being a portion of the premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed from Ruth C. Goodale and Edna Hinsch dated November 11, 1947 and recorded in the County Clerk's office, Suffolk County, on November 16, 1947 in Liber 2776 of Conveyances, at Page 109. Together with all right, title and interest of the grantor herein in and to land under water in front of and adjoining said premises.
