1 Hazel A. Dietze and Grace F. Poor dated March 19th, 1951 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on April 5th, 1951 in Liber 3200 of Conveyances
at page 92.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show and to
covenants, easements and restrictions of record, if any.
