Van Tuyl on June 8, 1934 for The Andrew Radel Oyster Company, Incorporated. The same are conveyed subject to the conditions, reservatio s, stipulations and provisions in the original grants of the Commis sioners of Shell Fisheries of Suffolk County, New York, and also to the conditions, reservations, stipulations and provisions con tained in any of the laws of the State of New York applicable thereto. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all of the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
