a WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part in consideration of has dollars and other valuable mnsideratim
n paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release now the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate,
lying and being inift Located at New Suffolk, Southold Town, Suffolk Lfounty,
New York, Bounded and Described as Follows:
BEGINNING at a pipe set on the northerly line of Orchard Street
$0.0 feet easterly along said line from the southwesterly corner of
land late of Inger C. Goodale, and running than ce northerly on a line
parallel to the westerly line of said land late of Inger C. Goodale
74.0 feet to a pipe; thence westerly on a line parallel to said
northerly line of Orchard Street 80.0 feet to a pipe set on said
westerly line of land late of Inger C. Goodale, said pipe being 74.0
feet northerly along said line from the northerly line of Orchard
Street; thence northerly along said westerly line of land late of Inger
C. Goodale 56.0 feet to a pipe and land of H. H. Tuthill; thence
easterly along said land of H. H. Tuthill on a line parallel to said
northerly line of Orchard Street 92 feet, more or less, to land of
John Delaney; thence southerly along said land of John Delaney on a
line parallel to said westerly line of land late of Inger C. Goodale
130.0 feet to said northerly line of Orchard Street; thence westerly
along said northerly line of Orchard Street 12 feet; more or less
to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title, and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to that portion of Orchard Street adjacent
to said premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by William
R. Goodale to William R. Goodale, and Dorothy M. Goodale by deed
i dated August 18, 1960 and recorded in Suffolk County Clarks Office
on August 24, 1960 in Liber 4863 of Deeds at page 449. Subject to
the mortgage on said premises held by William R. Goodale.
