BETWEEN LILLIAN B. BRAUN, of Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and THOMAS J, FLURRY and THOMAS R, FLDRRY, as tenants in
common, both residing at New Suffolk, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WTTWESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does herebv grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain to piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvemts thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at New Suffolk, TO= of Southold, Suffolk enCounty, Naw York,
bounded on the North by Orchard Street; on the Rest by Peconic Bay; on the South
by land formerly of George I. Tuthill and on the Meet by First Street. Said land

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles PugsIQV and
wife to Agus Benick by deed dated November 27th, 1920 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clark's Office in liber 1008 of deeds at page 313 on December 4th, 1920,

'r deed dated July 30th, 1936s and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first
part in and to lends under water of Peconic Bay in front of and adjacent to said
