WITNESSETH,that the parry of the first pan,in consideration of one hundred ($100.) dollars
11d9CtlE and other valuable consideration paid by the parry of the ucard pad,does hereby grant and release unto
the pony of the second pad,the heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece ar parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being In,## New Suffolk, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Jackson Street
where same is intersected by the easterly side of premises herein
described and land now or formerly of James Dill;
RUNNING THENCE South 6 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds West along
said last mentioned land, 593,30 feet to a bulkhead and the waters
Of Great Peconic Bay;
Thence NORTH 69 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds West along said
bulkhead, 108,15 feet to land now or formerly of Kimagenor Poin�
Company;
Thence NORTH 6 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East along said
land, 590,08 feet to the southerly side of Jackson Street;
Thence SOUTH 71 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East along the
southerly side of Jackson Street, 109.12 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
Being the same premises conveyed by deeds recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 745, cp248 and Liber 1057
up 495.
Together with all right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to all land lying between the premises above
described on the southerly side (being the third course in the
above description) and the mean high water mark of Great Peconic
BAY as now existing.
Party of the first acquired title through the Will of his
father, Cornelius Hearn, who died a resident of Kings County,
New York, on July 19, 1950.
