successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ixXI}ex at New Suffolk, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of New Suffolk Road
distant 557.31 feet southerly, when measured along the Easterly side
of New Suffolk Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the
easterly side of New Suffolk Road with the southerly side of Old Harbor
Road; said point of beginning also being where land now or formerly of
E. Foster intersects the easterly side of New Suffolk Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 870 551 00" East along land now or formerly
of Ea Foster, 125.00 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of
E. V. McNulty;
THENCE along said last mentioned land the following two courses
and distances : (1) South 070 03t 10" West, 125.00 feet to a monument;
thence (2) North 870 55' 00" West, 125.00 feet to a monument on the
easterly side of New Suffolk Road;
THENCE North 070 031 10" East along the easterly side of New
Suffolk Road, 1.25.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by deed
party.of the first part
from Marion Horton Lane to Charles N. Lane, /dated June 1, 1963,
