land being fifty feet on Fourth Street and one hundred feet deep
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of
the first part by deed dated March 17, 1926 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's office in Liber 1173 0£ deeds at page 329 on March 19, 1926.
