folk School District, said land being fifty feet on Fourth Street
and one hundred feet deep,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Con
Slivonick and Lottie Slivonick, his wife, to Robert A. Carr and
Myrtle J. Carr, his wife, by deed dated June 9, 1958 and recorded
SII June 24, 1958 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
in Liber 4476 at page 153.
