Uulkhead and ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay;
thence westerly along said bulkhead and said ordinary high wa-
ter mark of Great Peconic Bay, 200 feet, more or less, to said
land of Carrie S. Gibb; thence along said land of Carrie S.
Gihb, il.6008'20"E.-417 feet, more or less, to the point of.
beginning. Containing 1.9 acres, more or less.

which was formerly of Frederick W. Loew of the County of
