Mason by The Andrew Radel Oyster Company, Inc. , by deed dated November
24, 1958 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 6 of
Oyster Lots, Page 32, on December 8, 1958, of which premises the said
William H. Mason died seized and possessed on July 26, 1959-
