EXCEPTING THEREFROM, however, the northerly portion of said
l premises devised to Edward Greeks in the Last Will and Testament
liof Jennie Greeks, also known as Jennie Grocki - Suffolk County

The five grantors herein are all of the issue of Edward Grocke,
