residing at Greenport, New York, formerly residing at New Suffolk, New York,
-.party of the first part, and Virginia L. Brockett, residing at Brook,Road,
S Port Jefferson, New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH
that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of $1.00, and other valuable
considerations, received tohis full satisfaction of the party of the second part, hie
executors, administrators, and assigns forever, does hereby remise, release, and
quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, his executors, administrators, and
assigns, all his right, title and interest in and to the following described premises:
ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being under the water of
Peconic Bay in the County of Suffolk, Town of Southold, State of New York, described
as follows:
BOUNDED on the north by Radel, east by Public Grounds, south by Elsworth, and west
by Public Grounds, containing 200 acres, more or less, and being known as lots 7 and
8 on Map of Oyster Grounds made by Otto W. VanTuyl on June 8, 1934, for The
Andrew Radel Oyster Company, Incorporated.
The same are conveyed subject to the conditions, reservations, stipulations, and pro-
-cy visions in the original grants to the Commissioners of Shell Fisheries of Suffolk
County, New York, and also to the conditions, reservations, stipulations, and pro-
visions contained in any of the laws of the State of New York applicable thereto.
BEING and intended to be the same tract designated as Parcel II(" Second Piece") in
a deed made by The Andrew Rade1 Oyster C ompany, Incorporated to Edward Grocke
and John W. Zurawski, recorded in the Suffolk county clerk's office in liber 5531 of
conveyances at page 450, and the same premises conveyed by the said John W.
Zurawski to the party of the first part herein by deed recorded in the said county
clerk's office in liber 5531 of conveyances at page 455, and volume 06 (oyster
grounds) at page 88, April 22, 1964.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all of the estate and rights of the party of the
first part in and to said premises.
