BENICK, residing at New Suffolk Lane, (no street cul . number), New Suffolk, New York, x party of the first part, and ROBERT A. GOLDENSE and BARBARA M. GOLDENSE, his wife, both residing at New Suffolk Lane, (no street number) , New Suffolk, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first put,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, t ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon eructed, situate, lying and being:uait6Bt at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of New Suffolk Lane at Rt the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described and the south- easterly corner of land formerly of Cornelius Raynor and wife, now of Marion R.
