BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly side of New Suffolk Road
distant 75.00 feet northerly when measured along the westerly side-' of
}` New Suffolk Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the
westerly side of New Suffolk Road with the northerly side of F'snsfing
Road; running thence north 82° 16' 40" West and along the land ,now
Ll or formerly of New Suffolk Shipyard, Inc. , 140.18 feet to a mollument
tt and land now or formerly of Mallory; thence North 03° 46'00" East
along last mentioned land and along land now or formerly of Tuthill ,
`i 80.29 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of White; thence
South 82° 14' 20" East along land now or formerly of White , .144.78
feet to the westerly side of New Suffolk Road; thence South 07° 03`
10" West along the westerly side of New Suffolk Road, 80.00 feet to
the monument, at the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO be the same premises conveyed by
Charles Krukoski and Sophia Krukoski , his wife , to Jacob 'Mlynercik
and Victoria Mlynercik , his wife , by deed dated April 6th, 1923,
recorded on June 18th, 1923 in Liber 1072 cp 408. The Said
Victoria Mlynercik wife of Jacob Mlynercik,, having died a resident
of Suffolk County on February 3rd, 1968.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first pari covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the 1myment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
