Re : Mary L. Methven, as Sole Devisee
underthe Last Will & Testament
of Catherine C. Bulger, decd,
to Paul and Michele Cusumano
Dear Mr. Fox:
Pursuant to your request, we furnish herewith the following
information relative to a sale of premises situate at Orchard
Street, New Suffolk, New York, on July 5, 1974, to Paul and
Michele Cusumano.
Please note on your records that Mary L. Methven became the
sole owner of the aforedescribed real property by virtue of being
the sole devisee under the Last Will and Testament of Catherine
C. Bulger, who died on July 27, 1973 . Since Mary Methven was the
sole devisee and sole beneficiary of the decedent' s Estate, it
was unnecessary to convey a deed from the Estate to her of the
aforedescribed real property.
We trust that the foregoing information will be of assist-
ance to you to note on your records that title to the real
property is now in the name of Paul and Michele Cusumano, and
that all future tax bills and communications in connection with
said property should be directly sent to those persons .
If there is any further information that you may require
in connection with this matter, please do not hesitate to con-
tact us . --
