Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follots:
Northeasterly by the Highway, known as Wickham Avenue, leading from
fdattituck to Oregon; Northerly by a line beginning at en angle in said
Highway, at a point 500 feet South of the Highway from the Old Mill over
long Bridge, and running Northwesterly parallel with said last
mentioned highway to Long Creek; thence Northwesterly and West-
erly by Long Creek and the Main Mattituck Creek; and southerly by Peters
Greek, - known as "Harbor Inn".
And being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Carrie
Contruoci and Andrew Barbi to dobn Gardoni and Marie Gardoni, his wife, by
deed dated August 27th, 1937 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's
Office in Liber 1926, page 178 of Deeds, on September 24th, 1937
