ALL of the right, title and Interest of the party of the first part In and W
a right of way and easement of passage over a foot path on the premises now or
Florence A. Baldwin, formerly of William J. Brown, conveyed by Linnaeus Allen and
Elsie H. Allen, his wife, to said WIIIIam J. Brown by deed dated and acknowledged
®/3)/35 and recorded January 13, 1936, In the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk In Liber 1845 of conveyances at page 601; which right of way or easement
of passage was granted by said Linnaeus Allen and Elsie H. Allen, his wife, to
William H. lbllinsaux, Jr, and Florence C. Nollineaux, his wife, by dead dated and
acknowledged June 3, 1930, and recorded 6/10/30 In the office of the Clerk of the
Canty of Suffblk In Liber 1506 of conveyances at page 420, which right of way or
easement of passage may be described as follows:
A right of way over a foot path commencing on the southerly line of preslses now
or formerly of Florence C. Nollinseux, situate on the westerly side of property
formerly of Linnaeus Allen and Elsie H. Allen, his wife, to the south of the
Nollineaux property, and extending prom the southerly line of the Ibllineaux
property to Feconie Bay.
It being the intention of the grantors herein, as heirs at law and next of kin
of Linnaeus Allen, and Elsie H. Allen, individially, to convey all of their right,
title and Interest In and to a possibility of reverter of the right Of way or
sas®ent Of passage heretofore granted In a certain dead above described, recorded
In Liber 1506 of conveyances at page 420, to the grantee herein, the present owner
of the determinable fee.
