hundred dollars ($100.00). All
deposits except that of the suc-
cessful bidder will be returned.
Upon acceptance of his bid, if the
successful bidder fails to enter
into a contract pursuant to the
requirements of the Town Board,
then the check deposited as
aforesaid and the monies stand-
, .ing to the credit of the same shall
be forfeited to the Town of
Southold as liquidated damages.
If the successful bidder enters
into the contract and delivers the
automobiles pursuant thereto,the
deposit will be returned.
The Town Board reserves the
right to reject any and all bids and
to waive any defect or informality
in any bid should it be in the best
interest of the Town of Southold
to do so. '
