Mr. Marshall has assured me that these things will be removed and the Highway Superintendent will direct his people to give the area a rough grading that will permit the mowing of the area. If Mr. Mar- shall does not accomplish this job within a reasonable amount of time, I would appreciate hearing from you so that I can take further action. The size of the stone shall not be any larger than 1/8" of bluestone. It must be machine laid and rolled with an 8-ton roller. The first course shall be 1" for a leveling course, and the second course will be of 1".
