Dear Mr. Haase:
Please be advised that I have been in contact with Mr. A.J.
Marshall of Bouton Services in regard to the piles of excess materials
that were left around the tennis court upon the completion of his
re-surfacing project.
Mr. Marshall has assured me that these things will be removed
and the Highway Superintendent will direct his people to give the area
a rough grading that will permit the mowing of the area. If Mr. Mar-
shall does not accomplish this job within a reasonable amount of time,
I would appreciate hearing from you so that I can take further action.
